RETURNS POLICY
We want you to love your AVI SIWA BEAUTY products! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’ve made returns simple and hassle-free.
Returns Made Easy:
- Return any unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
- Products must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when received.
How to Start Your Return:
- Email us at hello@avisiwabeauty.com with your order number and the product(s) you’d like to return or exchange.
- We’ll provide easy instructions to complete your return.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and send you an email confirmation. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days (or less) back to your original payment method.
- Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
- Want a different product? No problem! Follow the return steps and let us know what you’d like instead. We’ll send the new product once we receive the original item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
